TribeMap comes from two people, Pablo and Pardeep, who work at the 10-year-old SaaS company Upscope, with offices in London and Miami.
Pablo was building his side project DevDeck. He knew exactly how to build the product. Marketing it? Different story.
Pardeep ran marketing across Upscope's products, and kept hitting the same walls. Ads were a money pit. Analytics were irritating. Tracing user journeys to work out who was a real buyer and who was just noise was maddening. And creating content was slow and inefficient.
So we started building the marketing game. This Phase 1 is the foundation: it tells you who's buying, where they came from, and what to do next.
After that comes the powerful part, where you click buttons and make big moves. Then there's more, but let that be a surprise.
"Make it a game we play at 2am and get told off for playing."
Why? Because being told off for playing a game at 2am, one that makes you money, is worth it.
